My book, UPLIFTING: Inspiring Stories of Loss, Change and Growth is published! As an Author, I am excited to share my book's thoughts and motives with you. What inspired me to take such a step as writing a book? Today I will tell you about it.

Loss is a part of our everyday lives. Disappointments when life doesn’t happen the way we want to can prevent us from living our best lives. If only we could learn to handle the less obvious intangible  “little losses,” then we would have the tools to manage the types of changes that cause us major distress.

My Re-Create process is a blueprint for navigating loss. I provide the reader with tools for managing small or large changes providing reflection questions that allow you to carefully consider what is most important to you and to make conscious changes to improve your life.

My book is a reminder that grief and change aren't linear. These phases, like the ever-changing seasons, don't follow a set pattern. You can enter any phase at any time, allowing these reflection questions to guide you as needed.

I find solace in the idea that the goodness within us, our positive energy, empowers us to derive meaning and purpose from life's events, from the smallest of changes to the greatest impacts that come from trauma and tragedy.

As I've wandered through diverse paths, encountered remarkable characters, and explored nature's teachings, I've crystallized certain conclusions. Life's circumstances, like the seasons changing leaves, have repeatedly shaped me. This book reflects the mosaic of my experiences.

I was looking for answers to the questions:

  • What motivates us to rise when we're at our lowest, whether physically or metaphorically?

  • Where does that inner voice, affirming our worthiness to overcome, originate?

  • Can we proactively tap into our resilience to expedite this journey?

  • Should we reach rock bottom or endure profound despair to access our inner strength?

I've worked hard to find those answers and I want you to get them too. My book is out now, and I believe it will help you as much as it helped me.
